Changed your mind
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. You're responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges aren't refundable. Please don't send anything back until your request is approved; we'll then email you the return instructions and address. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. Once we've reviewed it, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
