Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 8–15 days after your order ships.
Where's my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from HollowPack.

Tracking not updating?
Tracking can take a few days to show movement after your order ships, especially while it's moving between carriers. If it hasn't changed in a while, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
